From Start to Finish

The first step is to schedule a site visit, where we’ll measure the area to determine the best size cabin that will fit your space.

Next, we’ll go over the plans with you, discuss any potential changes or additions, and finalize the finishes. Once that’s done, we’ll prepare an itemized quote for you. If you'd like, we can work with a private certifier to help put it through council, if that’s something you wish to do.

If you haven't already had a soil test completed, it will need to be done to determine the depth of the piers.

Once everything is in place, we’ll begin the build. After the cabin is completed, we can assist with arranging the stump installation, transportation, and crane setup to place the cabin on-site.

We typically quote for the cabin itself but are happy to work with you on additional services such as council approvals, transport, stump installation, and service connections for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can manage these separately.
